Sandra Wojasinski, 76, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 10:21 a.m. in her home.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.

She was born August 29, 1943 in Michigan City, IN to the late Albert Welnetz and Elenore(Janosky) Hoffman.

Surviving are daughter, Jamie (Jason) Otto of La Porte, IN; sister, Gloria Kopanski of Elkhart, IN; brother, Barry (Virginia) Hoffman of La Porte, IN; three grandchildren, Zach Ruess, Jordan Wojasinski, and Taylor Wojasinski. She was preceded in death by son, Thomas Wojasinski, father, Albert Welnetz, and mother, Elenore Hoffman.
