Patricia L. Shinn, 35, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 in University of Chicago Hospital, Chicago, IL.

Private family services will be conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

She was born September 22, 1983 in LaPorte, Indiana to Edwin and Jennifer (Kellems) Shinn.

Surviving are Two Daughters, Lily and Savanna, both of LaPorte, IN; her father, Edwin Shinn of Michigan City, IN; brother, Elliott Shinn of Michigan City, IN; her grandmothers, Patricia Kellems of LaPorte, IN and Georgiana Shinn of Michigan City, IN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jennifer Shinn.

Patricia was a server at Long Beach Country Club and loved going to the beach.
