Patricia A. Chesnut, 79, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 5:45 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Monday, October 22, 2018 at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, 606 S. Woodland Ave., Michigan City, IN with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Private burial will take place in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at Queen of All Saints Church Legacy Center. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

She was born March 23, 1939 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late George J. and Margaret (Kniola) Grattenthaler, Sr.

Surviving are two daughters, Judy (Bruce) Zimmerman and Michelle Arthur, both of Michigan City, IN; five grandchildren, Derek Zimmerman, Kirk Zimmerman, Blake Zimmerman, Tyler Arthur and Zachery Arthur; and two sisters, Delores Lasky of Michigan City, IN and Norma (Jack) Brady of Trail Creek, IN.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, George Grattenthaler, Jr.

She was a member of Queen of All Saints Catholic Church and a St. Mary's High School graduate. Patricia enjoyed playing bingo and was an avid Notre Dame and NASCAR fan.
