Lauren N. Malott, 25, Trail Creek, Indiana, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at 6:10 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, July 5, 2019 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Rick S. Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, Friday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born November 17, 1993 in Michigan City, Indiana to David and Rebecca (Harrison) Dipert. On December 10, 2016 in Michigan City, IN she married Joshua Malott who survives in Trail Creek, IN.

Also surviving are a foster child; her parents; David and Rebecca Dipert of Michigan City, IN; brother, John Dipert of Michigan City, IN; sister, Delani Dipert of Michigan City, IN; grandparents, Charles and Sandra Harrison and Richard and Joan Dipert, both of Michigan City, IN; and two special-cousins, Cailyn and Kylie Harrison.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from Purdue Northwest. She was very caring person who enjoyed helping others.
