Keith G. Mills, 71, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 3:23 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.

Visitation hours will be Tuesday from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm CST in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana. Private burial will take place in Hanna Cemetery, Hanna, Indiana. A Memorial service will be announced at a later date.

He was born March 11, 1947 in Valparaiso, Indiana to the late Don and Alice Ruth (Lawrence) Mills. On December 23, 1966 in Wanatah, Indiana married Linda Wilson who survives Michigan City, Indiana along with two daughters, Melissa (Dane) Lee of Linton, Indiana and Corinne (Bobby) Pruett of Bedford, Indiana; son, Shane (Julie) Mills of Worthington, Ohio; six grandchildren, Alex and Kate Lee, Gabrielle, Molly, Dominic Pruett and Paige Mills; sister, Iris Nova of Kansas; brother, Ralph Mills of Mason, Ohio; He was preceded in death by four brothers, Ira and Burr Mills, Fred and Grant Hartle along with a sister, Aleen Wiedeman;

Keith retired after more than 30 years from AM General, Mishawaka, Indiana serving as purchasing agent and Engineering Change Coordinator. He studied his family genealogy with a passion and proudly served in the US Army during the Viet Nam war being stationed in Germany working with nuclear weapons.
