April 16, 1938 - February 23, 2019

Judith A. "Judy" Hallin, 80, Michigan City, IN, our friend, confidant and greatest supporter, our mom, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 1:40 am in Aperion Care Arbors at Michigan City.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Thursday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN. Private family services will be conducted.

She was born April 16, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Charles and Winifred (Teets) Toutloff.

Surviving are two sons, Barry Hallin and Greg Hallin, both of Michigan City, IN; daughter, Lisa (Scott) Bridegroom of Gary, IN; three grandchildren, Barry Hallin, II, Michael Hallin and Mya Bridegroom; brother, Jim (Rose) Toutloff of LaPorte, IN; sister, Madeline Detwiler of Lufkin, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Toutloff; and sister, Mary Jane Mc Duffee.

Judy loved watching the birds at her feeder, collecting Coca Cola items, watching criminal/detective shows, nature shows and old movies. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. "There's a place in the clouds where there ain't any heartache and there ain't any pain. There's a place in the clouds where we will see you again."
