Josephine Mazur, 53, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 at 9:49 am in Michigan City, Indiana.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 1506 Washington Street, Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Walter Ciesla officiating. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm -8:00 pm, Tuesday and from 8:30 am until 9:30 am Wednesday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

She was born October 31, 1963 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Edward F. and Rose (Maksyan) Mazur, Sr.

Surviving are two brothers, Stanley Mazur of Michigan City, Indiana and Larry Mazur of Crawfordsville, Indiana; two sisters, Pat Wingard of Michigan City, Indiana and Mary Jo Doss of Kingman, Indiana; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Edward F. Mazur, Jr..

Josephine was employed by Fiberbond Corporation, Michigan City, Indiana for 34 years as a Laboratory Technician. She enjoyed her family and reading.
