Jeffrey L. Hyer, 59, Valparaiso, Indiana, formerly of Michigan City, Indiana passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11:09 am in the Porter Regional Hospital, Valparaiso, Indiana.
Private family burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.
He was born April 18, 1958 in Michigan City , Indiana to the late Kenneth and Darlene (Meilstrup) Hyer. Surviving are Sister, Gayle (Thomas) Miloshoff of Crown Point, Indiana; Two Nephews, Andrew Thomas Miloshoff and Ben Isaac Miloshoff both of Crown Point, Indiana; Aunt, Diane Gielow of Michigan City, Indiana; He was preceded in death by his Uncle, Gerald Meilstrup;
