Jeanne M. Kuhn, 89, Long Beach, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 7:30 am in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1010 Moore Road, Long Beach, Indiana and will be announced at a later date.  Private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana.  

She was born September 25, 1927 in LaPorte, Indiana to the late Stanley and Frances (Dolembo) Plis. On June 20, 1953 in LaPorte she married Robert L. Kuhn who preceded her on March 16, 2010.

Surviving are three Sons, Terrence (Lillian) Kuhn of Michigan City, IN, Randall (Jane) Kuhn of Terre Haute, IN, and (USAF Col. Retired) Garry Kuhn of Springfield, VA; five grandchildren, Justin, Laura, Ryan, Julia and Garrett; four great-grandchildren, Isabel, James, Justin and Cynthia Grace; sister, Evangeline (Karlon) Kuhn of Long Beach, IN; brother, Joseph Plis of Michigan City, IN; and her sister-in-law, Shirley (Richard) Keene of Monument, CO.

Jeanne was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church and a former member of St. Anthony Guild and Women's Study Club.
