Diane M. Palm, 48, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 8:30 pm in Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Rev. William Abbeglen officiating. Private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday and from 10:00 am until service time at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born May 19, 1969 in Michigan City, Indiana to Glenn and Becky (Sprunger) Richardson. On May 26, 1998 in Michigan City, IN she married Christopher Palm who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Christopher Palm, II and Zachary Palm, both of Michigan City, IN; her father, Glenn Richardson of Michigan City, IN; and a sister, Laurie (Dan) Elwell of Michigan City, IN.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Becky Richardson; and sister, Karen Richardson.

Diane worked in a variety of retail sales position, most recently at the Bose Factory Outlet. She was also a licensed cosmetologist. She graduated from Isaac C. Elston High School where she and Christopher were high school sweethearts.
