Dana M. Deeb, 28, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 at 3:29 pm in LaPorte, IN as a result of a traffic accident.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Private burial will take place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Tuesday and from 9:00 am until service time Wednesday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born October 2, 1988 in Michigan City, Indiana to Mark and Jane (Kolodiej) Deeb.

Surviving are her mother, Jane Deeb of Michigan City, IN; father, Mark Deeb of Michigan City, IN; her children, Anabella, Aubrey, Anthony and Andrew Underwood all of Michigan City, IN; sister, Margaret Deeb of Michigan City, IN; two brothers, Matthew Deeb and Benjamin Deeb, both of Michigan City, IN; the father of her children, Richie "Tommy" Underwood of Michigan City, IN; and her grandmother, Marylou Kolodiej of Michigan City, IN.

Dana was a member of Queen of All Saints Catholic Church and she loved spending time with her children.
