Betty F. Cunningham, 95, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 11:15 am in her home.

A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 pm, Monday, February 11, 2019 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN. Visitation be from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, Monday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born September 8, 1923 in Martinsville, Indiana to the late Harold and Nell (Shafer) Miller.

Surviving are two daughters, Mary Sue Yadavia and Cheri Hush, both of Michigan City, IN; five sons, William "Mike" (Sharon) Cunningham of Otis, IN, Daniel (Catherine) Cunningham of Indianapolis, IN, Fred Cunningham of Indianapolis, IN, James (Rosalinda) Cunningham of Evansville, WI and Jeff Cunningham of Otis, IN; 25 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Betty retired as a bookkeeper at Kaiser Aluminum. She was a Unitarian Universalist and enjoyed reading and gardening.
