Lynn Haverstock
Lynn has been President of Ott/Haverstock Funeral and Cremation Services since 1977. A longtime member of and contributor to the community, Lynn attended Rolling Prairie High School and the Indiana College of Mortuary Science. Lynn's background also includes being Former Chief Deputy Coroner of LaPorte County (Michigan City District) from 1984 to 1992. Lynn is also a licensed insurance agent in the State of Indiana.

Lynn believes in community involvement and in giving back to his community. He is active in many professional and civic organizations, including:

  • Lynn is married to Diane Haverstock, has three children, and resides in Long Beach.

    Diane Haverstock
    Functioning as Secretary/Treasurer and leader of the grief-counseling arm of Ott/Haverstock Funeral and Cremation Services, Diane provides the financial and supportive stability for the business and its clients. She and husband Lynn Haverstock, as well as the dedicated team of professionals at Ott/Haverstock, provide the personal, professional, and dignified service that have become the trademark for Ott/Haverstock Funeral and Cremation Services.     Diane is also active in her community, including involvement with the Michigan City Booster Club, Michigan City Area Chamber of Commerce, St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, and active volunteer for the Open Door Health Center and St. Anthony Memorial Health Center. Serving also as a leader in her community, Diane is President of her homeowners association, past-President of the LaPorte County Health Department, and founding member of the St. Anthony Memorial Breast Health Center.

    Diane is married to Lynn Haverstock, has three children, and resides in Long Beach.

    Patrick W. Reynolds
    Patrick has been with Ott/Haverstock Funeral and Cremation Services since 1988. A graduate of LaPorte High School, with coursework at Purdue University North Central, Patrick obtained his professional education from Worsham College of Mortuary Science. Patrick is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and Indiana Funeral Directors Association. Patrick is also an active member of his community, including the St. Joseph Young Men's Society, Moose Lodge, Sons of the American Legion, and Past President and Vice-President of the Michigan City Jaycees.

    Patrick is married and resides in Michigan City.
    Gerry Piotrowski
    Gerry Piotrowski, funeral assistant, attended St. Stanislaus grade school, and a graduate of Michigan City Elston High School. Gerry retired after 40 years as a sales representative with the beer & wine industry. Gerry is married to his wife, Sally, and has two children and five grandchildren. He attends St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, volunteers for sporting events at Michigan City High School, and enjoys golfing with his fellow Phi Delta Kappa Fraternity brothers. Gerry Piotrowski
    Michael “Mick” Kazmucha
    Mick has been with Ott/Haverstock since 2005. A graduate of Michigan City Elston High School, Mick attended the College of Commerce in South Bend, Indiana earning an Associate Degree in Business Management. Mick is a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Korea. He retired from Bethlehem Steel after 33 years as a Supervisor in the Human Resources Department.

    Mick is an active member of Queen of All Saints Church, volunteer for Meals on Wheels, member and Past President of Phi Delta Kappa Fraternity, Past President of Michigan City Rogers High School Booster Club, and former High School baseball and softball umpire. He served on the Board of Directors for the Coolspring Township Baseball Program and the I-C Baseball Program.

    Mick is married to his wife Sandy, has 2 children and a granddaughter, and is a lifelong resident of Michigan City.
    Michael “Mick” Kazmucha
    Robert Hogan, Jr.
    Robert Lee Hogan, Jr., funeral assistant, is a lifelong resident of Michigan City. Married to his wife Ellease, they have eight children, and twenty-two grandchildren. Robert served in the U.S. Air Force. He attended Purdue North Central, and formerly worked in their VA student affairs office. attends Christ Temple Apostolic Church where is participates in the Music dept.     Nicholas Fogarty
    Nick, funeral assistant & Mortuary College Student, attended Queen of all Saints grade school and is a 2003 graduate of Michigan City High School. He is currently attending Ivy Tech State College, enrolled in the Mortuary Science program. Nick is a student member of the Indiana Funeral Directors Association and a member of Moose Family Center 980. Nicholas Fogarty
    Keith J. Warner
    Keith joined Ott/Haverstock Funeral and Cremation Services in June, 2008. A native of Elgin, Illinois, he obtained his professional education from Worsham College of Mortuary Science and his Bachelor's Degree from Judson University (formerly Judson College). He is a veteran of the US Navy and the Illinois National Guard.

    Keith has been serving families in funeral service since 1990 in Northern & Central Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Missouri and Indiana. He is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Indiana Funeral Directors Association. He attends Countryside Church and is a member of the American Legion.

    Keith and his wife, Tanya have four children and reside in Michigan City.
