Violet M. DiPaolo, 99, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 1:22 pm in her home.

Private family services will be conducted. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.  The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.    

She was born January 31, 1925 in Florence, WI to the late Richard and Leona (LeFebve) Peisker. On October 5, 1946 in Michigan City, Indiana she married Samuel D. DiPaolo who preceded her on May 21, 1988.

Surviving are two nieces, Debra (Harold) Maitland of Michigan City, IN and, Jane Ann Bloom of Angola, IN; three great-nephews, Mathew (Jana) Peisker of Michigan City, IN, Rick (Debbie) Hutchinson of Hobart, IN and Shawn Maitland of Michigan City, IN.

She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Diane  DiPaolo and Nancy DiPaolo; son, Daniel  DiPaolo; and two brothers, James and Jack Peisker.   

Violet had worked as an operator at AT&T. She enjoyed shopping, reading, traveling, watching golf and her Fannie Mae Meltaways. Violet lived by her faith in God.
