Surviving are Companion, Carole Phillips of Chesterton, Indiana; Two Daughters, Jamie (Todd Schweizer) Phillips of Michigan City, Indiana, Julie (Steve Hahn) Lauthan of Michigan City, Indiana; Four Grandchildren, Kaylah (Michael) Ferrell, Cody Wilkerson, Kaydence Lauthan, Kaitlynn Lauthan; Great-Grandchild, Paisley Ferrell; Brother, Clyde Hardesty, Hebron, Indiana and Three Sisters, Dale, Theresa and Connie all of Lake Station, Indiana; He was preceded in death by Daughter, Angela Hardesty and Brother, Robert Hardesty;
He was a Truck Driver at Fancher Trucking Co..
