Infant Vincent Mark Anthony Pavlak passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 at 12:45 pm in Memorial Hospital of South Bend.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church,Otis, 101 N. Church Rd., Otis, Indiana with Rev. Selvaraj Selladurai officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Otis. Visitation will be from 9:30 am -10:00 am, Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Otis. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.
He was born at 3:16 am, Monday, July 27, 2015 in South Bend, Indiana to Mark Pavlak and Danielle Boyan who survive in LaPorte, IN.
Also surviving are his sister, Aubree Nichole of LaPorte, IN; grandparents, Jeanne Johnson of LaPorte, IN and Gregory and Rebecca Pavlak of Michigan City, IN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
