He was born July 31, 1943 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Victor N. and Theresa (Banul) Migliore, Sr.. On September 9, 1967 in Michigan City, IN he married Renee Sawaya who survives in Michigan City, IN.
Also surviving is his son, Anthony Victor Migliore of Bradenton, FL.
He was owner of Lake Michigan Bolt and a U.S. Air Force Veteran of Vietnam. Victor loved to fish and enjoyed working.
