Robert Matthew Werdine, 47, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 7:50 am in Franciscan Health - Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana

A Memorial Mass will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, 606 S. Woodland Ave., Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

He was born August 14, 1969 in Michigan City, Indiana to David and Pamela (Eidy) Werdine. Surviving is his mother, Pamela Werdine, Brother, David Werdine, Il and Nephew, Thomas A. Werdine all of Michigan City, Indiana; He was preceded in death by Father, David Werdine;

Matt attended Queen of all Saints Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana. Graduated from Marquette High School and attended Oxford University for a semester in Oxford, England. He was a contributing writer for the Times of Israel.
