Robert C. Frame, 83, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 9:25 am in Franciscan St. Anthony Health - Michigan City, IN.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Jeremiah Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in 8 Square Cemetery, Pine Twp., Porter, IN. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the service, Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

He was born January 29, 1932 in Michigan City, IN to the late Richard and Mildred (Hildabrant) Frame. In 1961, in Shawneetown, IL he married Elnora (Bremer) Frame who preceded August 10, 2007.

Surviving are Three Sons, Timothy (Linda Meyer) Frame of Michigan City, IN, Greg Frame of Chesterton, IN, Christopher (Jordan Mellon) Frame of Michigan City, IN; Two Daughters, Jennifer Angelly of Metropolis, IL, Elizabeth (Patrick) Basco of Sarasota, FL; Four Grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Eli, Lincoln; Sister, Ruth Frame of Chesterton, IN; Brother, Don (Mary) Frame of Chesterton, IN; Several nieces and nephews.

He retired as an Industrial Engineer from Bethlehem Steel after 32 years. He served on the city council of Michigan City, school board of Michigan City, and the tree board of Michigan City. He also was very active with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoyed reading books.
