Kenneth B. Andre, Jr., 81, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 12:57 pm in his home.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Thursday, 10:00 am, , August 13, 2015 at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1010 Moore Road, Long Beach, Indiana with Keith McClellan officiating. Visitation for the family and friends will be Thursday from 9:30 am till 10:00 am at Notre Dame Catholic Church. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

He was born August 28, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Kenneth B. and Margaret E. (Wood) Andre, Sr. Surviving are Daughter, Joan (Kyle) Andre-Flanigan of Long Beach, Indiana; Son, John Andre; Four Grandchildren, Ashley Andre, Stephanie Andre, Colin Flanigan and Matthew Flanigan; Brother, William Andre of Bradenton, Florida; He was preceded in death by a Son, Kenneth B Andre, III and Brother, Douglas Andre;

Mr. Andre was a US Army veteran of the Korean War and retired as CEO for Guaranteed Life Insurance Co., Calumet City, Illinois. He graduated from Notre Dame University and was a member of the Notre Dame Alumni Association and loved his Notre Dame Football.
