Kay Wojasinski, 68, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at 4:15 am in Hospice Franciscan Communities, Michigan City, IN.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, September 18, 2017 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Brother Shaun Gray officiating. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Sunday and from 9:00 am - 10:00 am Monday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born February 28, 1949 in Hindman, Kentucky to the late Irvin and Gertrude (Gayheart) Fugate. On December 4, 1971 in Michigan City, IN she married Robert S. Wojasinski, Sr. who preceded her on October 22, 2002. On September 8, 2011 in Michigan City, IN she married James Pawlik who survives in Michigan City, IN.

Also surviving are a daughter, Tonya (Scott) Martin of Colorado Springs, CO; two sons, Robert "Steve" (Stephanie) Wojasinski, Jr. of Sunbury, OH and Josh (Brittany) Wojasinski of Michigan City, IN; two step-daughters, Amy (Billy) Lowe of Michigan City, IN and Lisa (Andrew) Pawlik of Vermont; four grandchildren, Matthew Wojasinski, Giovanna Martin, Savannah Lowe and Sophie Pawlik; and two brothers, Danny Fugate and Michael (Ann) Fugate, both of Michigan City, IN; and her seven grandpuppies.

Kay enjoyed shopping and traveling.
