Glenn L. Sheblosky, 87, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, September 18, 2017 at 7:45 pm in Hospice Franciscan Communities, Michigan City, Indiana.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, September 29, 2017 at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, 606 S. Woodland Ave., Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Entombment will follow in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens Chapel of the Chimes Mausoleum, Michigan City, Indiana. Visitation will be from 9:30 am -10:00 am, Friday at Queen of all Saints Catholic Church. Full Military services will be conducted Friday at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, Indiana.

He was born October 12, 1929 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Roy and Elsie (Link) Sheblosky. On April 23, 1955 in Michigan City, Indiana he married Joan F. Rosinski, who preceded him in death on February 1, 2017. Surviving are Son, Brian (Lori) Sheblosky of La Porte, Indiana; Daughter, Sheryl Trusty of Hamlet, Indiana; Three Grandsons, Adam Konkey of Michigan City, Indiana, Travis Sheblosky of Laporte, Indiana, Zachary (Kayla) Sheblosky of Laporte, Indiana; Granddaughter, Sarah (Brandon) Johnston of Noblesville, Indiana; Two Great-Grandchildren, Kason Sheblosky, Reid Sheblosky; He was preceded in death by his Brother, Wayne Meadows and Sister, Eleanor Miller;

Glenn was a member of Queen of all Saints Catholic Church, St. Joseph Young Men's Society, Elk's Lodge 432 and was a woodcarver. He retired after 33 years as a roll grinder from Midwest Steel and served in US Marine Corp during the Korean War.
