Ellie May Cota, 7 hours old, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at 9:15 pm in Memorial Hospital of South Bend, South Bend, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Pastor Lorne Hodum officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm, Saturday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.
She was born December 5, 2016 in South Bend, Indiana to William and Heather (Lyda) Cota who survive in Michigan City, IN.
Also surviving are her grandparents, Kathi Lyda of Chesterton, IN and Larry and Charlotte Cota of Pines Township, IN; aunt, Melissa (Mike) Burklow of Michigan City, IN; and her uncle, Christopher Lyda of Westville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Lyda.
