Catherine "Kate" Jesse, 90, Valparaiso, Indiana, formerly of Michigan City, Indiana passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 4:00 pm in Rittenhouse Senior Living of Valparaiso, Valparaiso, Indiana.
Private family Memorial Mass will be conducted in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana with private family burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.
She was born September 24, 1926 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Fred and Emma (Wetzel) Jesse.
Surviving are many Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by Three Brothers, Kenneth Jesse, LeRoy Jesse, and Fred "Fritz" Jesse.
Kate was a 1944 graduate of Michigan City Elston High School and retired from Joy Mfg. as a secretary. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the St. Mary's Rosary Sodality.
