Jean, My thoughts and prayers are with you and my heart is breaking for you right now. You know how much I loved to talk to your mom when I would see you guys out and about, she was such a wonderful person and to this day I still love Red Velvet Cake. Hello Diane. We were saddened to her about your mom. We exchanged Christmas cards every year. I do have to tell you a story. My first memory ever involved your mom. When I was just a toddler, I somehow venture upstairs to your home at 220 Ripley St. I made my way to the bathroom and surprised your mom who was sitting on the toilet. I don't think my presence was welcomed based on your mom's reaction. So, I hightailed it out of there. True story. I have nothing but good memories of your mom and your entire family. She has been helping me out recently with taking my mom to her beautician when I was at work. I truly appreciated her. My mom loved it when they would also get together for monthly breakfast.
