Brenda L. Waldo, 60, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 7:13 pm in , Michigan City, Indiana.
Private family services will be conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.
She was born April 16, 1957 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late John Marion and Ruth (Krumkowski) Waldo.
Surviving are a sister, Tina (Randy) Kowalski of Michigan City, Indiana; special nephew, Brandon Wilkerson of Michigan City, IN; many beloved cousins including a special cousin & friend, Becky Brown; and her Aunt and Uncle, Larry and Marlene Robinett, all, who helped her as her health declined.
She was also preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
Brenda enjoyed helping people and for most of her life she worked in the medical field as a QMA or a nurse's aid. She worked at Lakeside Health Center and most recently at Helping Hands Home Health Care. Brenda also worked as a cashier for many years at various local retailers including KMart and Kroger. Brenda retired last year due to illness. She was also an Administrator for Steven Tyler's face book page. That was her passion, anything Steven Tyler. She realized her dream last year when she met him.
Brenda loved children, animals and music. She was an avid fan of Aerosmith and several country music stars which she traveled to see her favorite groups often.
